Responsible Gambling
At Luckybet, we support safe and responsible gambling. Gambling should always be viewed as a form of entertainment and should never be used as a way to solve financial difficulties.
To help players stay in control of their gambling activity, we provide a range of responsible gambling tools and protective measures, including:
• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
• Daily, weekly, and monthly loss limits
• Session time limits
• Reality checks
• Self-exclusion for 6–36 months via the Tax and Customs Board (HAMPI)
• On-site cooling-off options
1. Deposit Limits
Players can set limits on the amount they are allowed to deposit over a selected period: daily, weekly, or monthly. These limits can be managed directly in the account settings.
• A decrease to a deposit limit takes effect immediately.
• An increase to a deposit limit takes effect only after a 48-hour cooling-off period. This is intended to help prevent impulsive decisions.
2. Loss Limits
Players can also set limits on the amount of real money they are allowed to lose during a selected period: daily, weekly, or monthly.
Loss limits are calculated on a net loss basis, which means:
total bets minus total winnings during the selected period
3. Session Time Limits
Players can set a maximum duration for their gaming sessions. Once the selected limit is reached, a notification will appear.
4. Reality Checks
A mandatory pop-up notification is displayed at set intervals to inform the player of:
• the time spent playing
• the amount wagered
• the current account balance
This allows the player to decide whether to continue playing or log out.
5. Cooling-Off
If a player feels they need a short break from gambling, they may use the cooling-off options available on the website.
Cooling-off is designed to temporarily pause gambling activity and help the player regain control.
6. Voluntary Self-Exclusion
If a player wishes to stop gambling for a longer period, they may request voluntary self-exclusion for this website.
6.1 Requesting Self-Exclusion
Residents of Estonia may register self-exclusion in HAMPI via EMTA, emta.ee, Smart-ID, Mobile-ID, or through the Customer Support team.
If a player wishes to take a break from gambling on the Operator’s website, they may request voluntary self-exclusion specific to this website.
To submit a self-exclusion request, the player must contact the Customer Support team:
• by email from the registered email address, or
• through the dedicated communication channel on the website
The request must clearly state:
• the intention to self-exclude
• the preferred exclusion period, for example:
• 6 months
• 1 year
• 3 years
6.2 Processing the Request
Once a valid request is received, the Operator will process the self-exclusion request and block access to the player’s account within 24 hours.
6.3 Binding Nature of Self-Exclusion
Voluntary self-exclusion is a serious and binding measure. Once it has been activated:
• The account cannot be reopened for any reason until the selected exclusion period has ended.
• The Operator will take reasonable steps to prevent the player from opening a new account on the website during the exclusion period.
• Any remaining balance on the account at the time of exclusion will be returned in accordance with Section 5 of the General Terms & Conditions, subject to compliance and AML checks.
7. When to Consider Responsible Gambling Tools
Players should consider using responsible gambling tools if gambling no longer feels like entertainment, becomes difficult to control, or begins to negatively affect finances, wellbeing, or daily life.
In such situations, tools such as deposit limits, loss limits, cooling-off, and self-exclusion may help the player regain control.
8. Emotional Distress and Immediate Support
If gambling is affecting your wellbeing, mental health, finances, or daily life, we strongly encourage you to stop playing and use the responsible gambling tools available on our website.
If you feel overwhelmed, unable to cope, or feel that gambling is causing serious emotional distress, please seek support as soon as possible from a professional organisation or support service.
If you feel that you may be at risk of harming yourself or are in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services, a crisis support service, or a trusted person immediately.
Luckybet Customer Support can assist with account-related responsible gambling requests during working hours, but it is not an emergency or crisis support service.
9. Warning
Gambling can be addictive. If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem or is becoming difficult to control, please seek help from professional organisations and consider using the responsible gambling tools available on our website.
