If you made a deposit using a Вank Сard and the funds have not yet appeared in your LuckyBet gaming account, your payment method may need to be verified.
Please note that this verification applies only to card deposits. Bank transfers and other payment methods do not require verification and may take 5–10 minutes to reach your gaming account, depending on your bank.
This verification is required only once when you use a new payment method for the first time. Once your card/payment method has been successfully verified, you will not need to complete the same verification for every future deposit made with that payment method.
How to verify your card
You can verify your bank card and IBAN directly through your LuckyBet gaming account.
To complete the verification, please go to:
Wallet → Deposits → Visa
Please select the same Visa payment method that you previously used to make the deposit.
There, you will see a verification section where you can:
- Enter your IBAN
- Upload a document showing your full name and IBAN
- Upload a document confirming ownership of the bank card used for the deposit
For card verification, the document should clearly show:
- Your full name
- The first 6 and last 4 digits of the bank card used for the deposit
- Deposit amount
- Date and time of the transaction
For security reasons, please do not provide your full card number or CVV code.
You can upload more than one document if necessary. For example, you may upload one document confirming your IBAN and another document confirming your bank card.
We recommend uploading a bank statement or payment confirmation showing your full name, relevant card details and the exact deposit transaction, including the amount, date and time. You may also upload any additional bank document that can help us verify that both the IBAN and the payment method belong to you.
How long does verification take?
Payment verification requests are reviewed by the LuckyBet team every day, Monday to Sunday, from 10:00 until 22:00.
Requests submitted during these hours will be reviewed as soon as possible. If the documents are submitted after 22:00, they will normally be reviewed starting from 10:00 the following day.
Once your payment method has been successfully verified, the pending deposit can be credited to your gaming account.
